With a degree in Communication and Organization Development, Farris has a passion for HR specialties such as living wage compensation, human-centric business strategies, and ethical HR practices. Her career journey is marked by pivotal roles, including Vice President of People & Culture at 1021 Creative, a marketing agency, where she spearheaded global HR initiatives. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Talent Management, instrumental in implementing robust learning and development programs and establishing talent acquisition departments to facilitate high-growth environments.
